In the morning of 18 August 2021, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, virtually received a courtesy call by 26 Cambodian students awarded JDS scholarship to pursue Master’s Degree and PhD in Japan.
