In the morning of 14 December 2021, H.E. Dr. NHIM Khemara and H.E. Mr. SOK Soken led a Kick-Off Project Meeting under the framework of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund 2021. The Meeting is a regular platform between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and projects’ owners and their implementing agencies to discuss on the implementation of new projects so as to ensure the effectiveness of the project implementation, enhance good cooperation and achieve a smooth and successful project implementation.
