At the invitation of His Excellency Mr. Othman JERANDI, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad of the Republic of Tunisia, His Excellency Dr. CHHIV Yiseang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as the representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the 43rd Session of the Ministerial Conference of Francophonie (CMF) on 18 November 2022, in preparation for the XVIIIth Summit of Francophonie on 19-20 November in Djerba, Tunisia.
