At the invitation of His Excellency Mr. Kaïs Saïd, President of the Republic of Tunisia, His Excellency OUCH Borith, Minister-Delegate attached to the Prime Minister and Standing Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, High Representative of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, attended the XVIIIth Summit of Francophonie on 19-20 November 2022 in Djerba, Tunisia.

On the sidelines of this Summit, His Excellency the Minister-Delegate met with senior Leaders such as the President of the French Republic and the Prime Minister of Canada. The latter transmitted to Samdech Techo the Prime Minister their best regards and their best wishes for a good recovery from Covid-19. Furthermore, His Excellency the Minister-Delegate held bilateral meetings with His Excellency Traian HRISTEA, Secretary of State for Global Affairs and Diplomatic Strategies of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to discuss the strengthening of relations between the two countries.

As the High Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation at the 43rd Session of the Ministerial Conference of Francophonie (CMF), His Excellency CHHIV Yiseang, Secretary of State, met and discussed the strengthening of bilateral relations with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Andorra, Tunisia, Canada and Cameroon, as well as the representatives of some countries, such as the Ambassadors of Monaco, Estonia and Luxembourg.
