On the afternoon of 30 November 2022, H.E. Kung Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, received H.E. Mikami Masahiro, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, for a farewell visit upon successfully concluding his diplomatic mission at the end of December 2022.
