On 16 November 2023, Her Excellency YENTIENG Puthirasmey, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, cordially received Her Excellency Liurka Rodriguez Barrios, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Kingdom of Cambodia. Both sides discussed the ways to further strengthen the cooperation between the two countries.
