On 8 June 2024, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ARF Senior Officials’ Meeting in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The Meeting reviewed the outcomes of ARF meetings and activities for the Inter-Sessional Year 2023-2024, discussed and endorsed ARF Confidence Building Measures (CBMs ) and Preventive Diplomacy (PD ) initiatives for the Inter-Sessional Year 2024-2025, deliberated on the future direction of the ARF, and exchanged views on regional and international issues.
