On 27 June 2024, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Cambodia Senior Official for the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), attended CICA Senior Officials’ Meeting via video conference. The Meeting reviewed the implementation of CICA confidence-building measures focused on human dimension, the Road Map for CICA Transformation (RMT) and the outcome documents for the Seventh Meeting of the CICA Ministerial Council to be held in Baku on 11 November 2024.
At the meeting, His Excellency Secretary of State also expressed high appreciation to Kazakh Chair for introducing the first draft CICA Charter and requested the draft Charter be first thoroughly discussed by the CICA Expert Groups.
