On the morning of 02 July 2024, at 11h15, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, engaged in a meeting with Mr. Tihamér CZIKA, Chargé d’affaires a.i. of European Delegation to Cambodia. Both dignitaries discussed about multilateral cooperation and exchanged views on international issues for benefits of both sides.
