On 19 July 2024, His Excellency KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mrs. Phean Sophoan, Country Director of Oxfam Novib in Cambodia.

During discussions, both parties exchanged views on the cooperation of the Oxfam Novib in Cambodia focusing on providing social protection, empowering women and climate change, and both sides were also committed to further strengthening cooperation in the future.
