On 12 August 2024, His Excellency Chum Sounry, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Mrs. Aleks Zittle, Acting Deputy Chief of Mission and Political and Economic Counselor of the U.S. Embassy in Cambodia had a meeting to discuss ways to foster the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
