On the morning of August 12 2024, H.E. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN-China Week 2024, in Changzhi city, Shanxi Province. 

His Excellency Kung Phoak was invited as a guest of honor to deliver an address in a session on Interacting through mutual learning towards harmony. He shared insightful messages on approaches to build ASEAN and China towards attaining further harmony by underscoring the values of coexistence, mutual respects, and mutual understanding without discrimination between the peoples of the two regions.
