On 12 August 2024, Her Excellency Khiev Sophany, Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC), headed the MFAIC’s delegation to a high-level meeting on the proposed 2025 budget plan. Co-chaired by the leaders of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the meeting culminated in the MEF’s endorsement of the MFAIC’s proposed 2025 budget plan. This support is a catalyst for sustained implementation of independent, rule-based foreign policy and reinforcement of friendship and good cooperation with all countries and international organizations across the world.
