On 26 September 2024, His Excellency KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with His Excellency Dominic Williams, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Cambodia, at the Ministry. His Excellency Secretary of State welcomed the visit of the British naval ship, HMS SPEY (P234), docked at Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, recognizing its contribution to enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries. The discussions also covered regional and international matters, as well as cooperation within the UN framework.
