On the occasion of attending the 79th Session of the United Nations General Assembly on 26 September 2024, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the roundtable dinner hosted by the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU) with participations from several US companies.

The Deputy Prime Minister briefed on the progress of socio-economic development and policy to promote investments in Cambodia as well as answered to questions from participants on the economy and investment climate in Cambodia.

Mr. Jeffrey Donald, Senior Director of BCIU thanked the Deputy Prime Minister for sharing useful information on trade and investment opportunity in Kingdom of Cambodia and expressed his high appreciation for the rapid development of Cambodia. He also expressed his pledge to promote US investments in Cambodia.
