On the morning of 10 October 2024, His Excellency Dr. Bong Sovath, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with Mr. Hitotsubashi Reiko, Director of International Student Programs Division of JICE, and team in order to discuss the evaluation and survey on JDS Scholarship Project given thus far to government officials. The meeting touched upon the identification of the needs of Human Resource Development (HRD), potential applicants in the targeted ministries, and pre-conditions for the project outcomes, with an aim to design the new framework used for JDS Scholarship Project (2025 – 2029).
