On 18 October 2024, H.E. KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with Mr. Jason Kalbfleisch, Charge d'affaires of the Embassy of the United States; Mr. Hyunsoo Kim, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea; and Mr. Nagase Kensuke, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia at the Ministry. During the meeting, both parties talked about the possibility of enhancing their collaboration in the fight against money laundering and the execution of UN Security Council resolutions pertaining to the financing of the spread of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
