On the morning of 2 January 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Her Excellency Milena Caridad Zaldívar Piedra, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Cambodia, at the Ministry.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and Ambassador Milena had a fruitful discussion on various areas of cooperation, including agriculture, sport and health. Both sides also pledged to further expand these collaborations when Cambodia and Cuba celebrate the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year.
