On 03 January 2025, on behalf of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, His Excellency CHUM Sounry, Secretary of State, led a delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to pay a tribute and wrote the Ministry’s message of condolences at the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh for the passing of former President of the United States James Earl Carter, on 29 December 2024.
