On the morning of 3 January 2025, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and high representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by three awardees of the France Scholarships, who are the students of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). They have been awarded scholarships to pursue master’s degrees in Engineering, Materials, and Components at Institut national des Sciences Appliquées de Rennes, France, through the ERASMUS+ scholarship program for the academic year of 2025, at the Ministry.

His Excellency Secretary of State congratulated and praised the awardees for their remarkable achievement in securing the scholarships. He encouraged them to study diligently and to bring their knowledge back to contribute to Cambodia’s development.  Additionally, he advised the students to actively promote Cambodia’s culture, civilization, and tourism potentials among the French people.
