On the afternoon of 7 March 2025, His Excellency Lim Visal, Secretary of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce in Melbourne and the Geelong Chamber of Commerce in Victoria, Australia, which organized a business trip to Cambodia on 2-8 March 2025.

During the meeting, Mr. Jeremy Crawford, CEO of the Geelong Chamber of Commerce in Victoria, expressed great interest in promoting direct flight between Siem Reap Angkor International Airport and Avalon Airport, situated between the cities of Geelong and Melbourne.
