On 15 May 2025, Her Excellency RATH Many presented the Letters of Credence to Hon. Anura Kumara Dissanayake, President of Sri Lanka, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic Socialist Democratic of Sri Lanka with residence in New Delhi, India. 
Her Excellency RATH Many has conveyed the warmest greetings and best wishes from His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia to the President, leaders and the people of Sri Lanka. Her Excellency Ambassador expressed her commitment to closely collaborating with the government, private sector and people of Sri Lanka to further develop and strengthen the good relationship between Cambodia and Sri Lanka that rooted in historical and cultural ties, particularly through shared Buddhist heritage.
