In the afternoon of 17 September 2019, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn met with H.E. Mrs. Heather Wheeler MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister for Asia and the Pacific) at Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

In the morning of 14 September 2019, as the first day of Phchum Ben festival, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn and other leaders of the MFAIC joined with local people in offering food and utilities to monks at Sa’ang Prek Touch pagoda, located in Prek Kuy commune, Sa’ang district, Kandal province.

In the evening of 05 September 2019, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led the delegation to pay a working visit to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic from 05-06 September 2019.

Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, high representative of Samdech Techo Prime Minister Hun Sen, left for Dili of Timor Leste to attend the celebration marking the 20th Anniversary of the Popular Consultation of the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste (30 August 1999-30 August 2019).

On the morning of 21 August 2019​ at the Ministry, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn and his vietnamese counterpart, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh, co-chaired the 17th Meeting of the Cambodia – Viet Nam Joint Commission (17th Cambodia-Viet Nam JC) for Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation.

In the afternoon of 14 August 2019 at the Ministry, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn received a farewell call from H.E. Mr. Hidehisa HORINOUCHI, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, after he completed his diplomatic mission in Cambodia.
