In the morning of April 23, 2021, His Excellency Sok Khoeun, Cambodian Ambassador to Singapore, received Mr. Shaokai Fan, Head of Central Banks Relationships, World Gold Council, and discussed the economic diplomacy. Mr. Shaokai Fan, a member of board of directors of Columbia University alumni in Singapore, representing 1,000 members living and working in Singapore, saw the potential of Cambodian economy. He also added that the Columbia University alumni was interested in exploring Cambodia's rich culture, especially the taste of Khmer food.
