On 29 September 2021, His Excellency NOM Piseth, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the European Union, had a discussion with Her Excellency Ambassador Barbara Plinkert, new Head of Southeast Asia Division – European Union External Action Service (EEAS), in order to exchange views on bilateral relations between Cambodia and European Union and multilateral relations such as ASEAN-EU relations and 13th ASEM Summit in Cambodia.
