In the morning of 23 October 2021, on behalf of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, delivered a substantive speech, on the occasion of the Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Signing of the Agreements on a Comprehensive Political Settlement of the Cambodia Conflict, known as “the Paris Peace Agreements”.
