On 14 December 2021, at the Royal Embassy​ of Cambodia in Paris, His Excellency Dr. CHHIV Yiseang, Secretary of State of the Ministry Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a meeting with Mr. Gaël de Maisonneuve, Delegate for Francophonie Affairs of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, to discuss about cooperation between Cambodia and France within the framework of La Francophonie.
