On the afternoon of 15 February 2022, the Honorable Teodoro L. Locsin Jr., Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat (AMM Retreat) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
