On the afternoon of 16 February 2022, His Excellency Bui Thanh Son, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat (AMM Retreat) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
