On Wednesday 16th  March 2022, His Excellency Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with the Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Phnom Penh from the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Russia, Turkey, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Chargés d'Affaires of Hungary and Sweden. During the meeting, His Excellency Dr. Chem Widhya briefed on progress made in the Human Right Situation in Cambodia from October 2021to March 2022.
