On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, His Excellency Dr. CHHIV Yiseang, Secretary of State, Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation participated in the 40th Extraordinary Session of the Ministerial Conference of la Francophonie (CMF), which took place face-to-face in Paris under the chairmanship of Mr. Othman Jerandi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad.

The Ministers and Heads of Delegation of the Member States and Governments discussed various topics on the agenda, namely the democratic and security deficit in the French-speaking countries, the crisis in Ukraine, the fight against disinformation. They adopted the Unique Regulation of the bodies of La Francophonie which will enter into force as soon as possible and the resolution on Ukraine.
