On the afternoon of April 20, 2022, Her Excellency EAT Sophea, Secretary of State and SOM Leader of Cambodia, chaired the Joint Consultative Meeting (JCM) to discuss various issues, including the update on ASEAN priorities and the progress of deliverables in 2022, ASEAN Connectivity, and Cross-Sectoral and Cross-Pillar Coordination.  The Meeting also deliberated on ASEAN Partnership with Dialogue Partners and Development Partners, as well as procedures under the ASEAN SHIELD Initiative. Representatives from Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport, and Ministry of Commerce also briefed the Meeting on progress of Cambodia’s deliverables under AEC pillar and ASCC pillars.
