His Excellency Keo Chhea, Ambassador of Cambodia to the United States, has a meeting with Dr. Michael Jenkins, Chairman of the Washington Times, and Ms. Tomiko Duggan, Senior Vice President of the Universal Peace Federation


On the morning of 04 April 2022, His Excellency Keo Chhea, Ambassador of Cambodia to the United States, had a meeting with Dr. Michael Jenkins, Chairman of the Washington Times, and Ms. Tomiko Duggan, Senior Vice President of the Universal Peace Federation, at the Embassy. They briefed on the progress of the Summit for Peace on the Korean Peninsula, which awarded the Peace Prize to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, and applauded for his heroism.

His Excellency also informed the pair of Samdech Techo Prime Minister’s commitment to bring and maintain peace and stability to Cambodia and the region. Dr. Jenkins stated that the Washington Times will work closely with the Embassy to continue the tradition of spreading hope for regional and global peace. Ms. Duggan also invited the Embassy to participate in a Vesak cultural exhibition at Khmer temple in Maryland, with the participation of the Asian Buddhist community.
