On 05 April 2022, His Excellency Tuy Ry, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Japan, accompanied by Business Advisor, had a meeting with Mr. Hironobu Kuruta, President of Kurata Pepper Co., ltd, who has been investing in growing pepper in Cambodia and exporting it to the Japanese and European markets since late 1990s.
