On the morning of 17 May 2022, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led the Ministry’s delegation to pay homage to the late His Excellency Dul Koeun, Member of Parliament for Kandal province, who passed away at the age of 74 on 15 May 2022.
