Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will address the BRICS Plus Leader’s Event, High-level Dialogue on Global Development, under the theme “Foster a Global Development Partnership for the New Era to Jointly Implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”, which will be held virtually on 24th June 2022 in Beijing, China.
