On the morning of 12 July 2022, Her Excellency SOEUNG Rathchavy, Secretary of State and as a representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, led the Ministry’s delegation to pay tribute to the late His Excellency Shinzo Abe, former Prime Minister of Japan, at the Embassy of Japan to Cambodia.
