On the morning of 27 July 2022, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has received at the Ministry H.E.Mr. Jacques PELLET, Ambassador of France to Cambodia, to exchange views on the history of diplomatic relations between the two countries and the potentials for bilateral cooperation aiming at enhancing the friendship between Cambodia and France.
