On the morning of 02 August 2022, His Excellency Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the 55th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (55th AMM) and related Meetings in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
