Anthony, Chair of International Relations and Security Studies, of RSiS Singapore, at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Washington. His Excellency briefed Dr. Mely on theme and Cambodia's commitment as the Chair of ASEAN this year. Both sides also touched on the viral fake news on Ream naval base and other security issues in the region. Dr. Mely understood the political motivation behind all these false news.
