On the night of 03 August 2022, His Excellency Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the 55th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (55th AMM) and related Meetings in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
