On 03 August 2022, His Excellency Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, safely landed at the Phnom Penh International Airport to attend the 55th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (55th AMM) and related Meetings in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
