On the morning of 05 September 2022, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) has organized a Training of Trainers (TOT) in order to improve the skills and capacity of the trainers in preparing lesson plan and teaching methodology for sharing knowledge to Cambodian diplomats. The Opening Ceremony was presided over by H.E. Dr. NHIM Khemra, Secretary of State and Head of Economic Diplomacy Coordinating Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
