On 13th September 2022, His Excellency NOM Piseth, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Her Excellency Maria Amelita C. Aquino, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the Kingdom of Cambodia, to discuss bilateral cooperation in human rights.
