On 19-20 October 2022, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia of the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV), led the Cambodian delegations to co-chair the 4th HLTF-ACV Meeting together with H.E. Tan Sri Hasmy Agam, Eminent Person of Malaysia, at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The meeting continued to discuss the development of the Core Elements of the ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 vision to respond to regional and global challenges and the Recommendations on Strengthening ASEAN's Capacity and Institutional Effectiveness.

Based on the Work Plan 2022, the HLTF-ACV will convene the 5th HLTF-ACV on 6-7 November 2022 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, to finalize the discussions on crafting the Core Elements of the ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 vision and the Recommendations on Strengthening ASEAN's Capacity and Institutional Effectiveness for the ASEAN Heads of State/Government views and guidance during the forthcoming 40th/41st ASEAN Summit that will take place on 11-13 November 2022 in Phnom Penh.
