On the morning of 25 October 2022, H.E. Kung Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with Mr. CHANG Jian, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to Cambodia, to discuss and exchange views on ASEAN-related issues.
