At the invitation of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excellency Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, will lead a high delegation to pay an Official Visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia from 08-09 November 2022.
