Presiding over by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on 09 December 2022 at Peace Palace, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency PARK Heung-kyeong, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Cambodia, signed the Framework Arrangement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Republic of Korea concerning Loans from the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) up to USD 1,500,000,000 for the years 2022 through 2026.
