On the afternoon of 14th December 2022, His Excellency SOK Soken, Secretary of State of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Cambodia’s Senior Official Leader for the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), attended the CICA Senior Officials’ Committee Meeting chaired by the Republic of Kazakhstan as the CICA chair for 2022-2024 via videoconference. The meeting reviewed the progress of CICA in 2022 and discussed in-depth the direction of CICA for the next year.
