On the afternoon of 21 December 2022, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with a group of  Cambodian awardees who have received the Australia Awards Scholarships and New Zealand Scholarships to pursue PhD and Master's Degree for 2023-2024 intake at various universities in Australia and New Zealand, at the Ministry.
